Senior Treasury Assistant

About This Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Treasury Assistant to support the treasury operations of the organization. The successful candidate will assist in cash management, bank reconciliations, payment processing, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily cash management and liquidity monitoring
• Prepare and update cash flow reports and forecasts
• Process bank transfers, payments, and ensure proper documentation
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end treasury closing activities
• Maintain accurate records of banking transactions and agreements
• Liaise with banks for account maintenance and operational matters
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
• Assist in preparing treasury-related reports for management review

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in treasury or accounting role
• Strong understanding of banking operations and cash management
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial systems
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and organizational skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per hour
