Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own daily global cash positions and identify funding needs and surplus balances.
• Maintain the weekly cash flow forecast, analyze variances, and scale the process as the company grows.
• Collect forecast inputs, support global funding decisions, and provide timely reporting.
• Prepare monthly treasury reports and leadership and board materials on cash, liquidity, and funding.
• Coordinate liquidity and payment operations, including positive-pay decisions, manual payments, transfers, and FX spot transactions.
• Support bank account administration and rationalization, bank portals, and Treasury Management Software integration.
• Monitor bank fees and identify potential savings with banking partners.
• Take on other duties assigned by the Senior Treasury Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• At least three years of corporate treasury experience in a high-growth multinational organization, or comparable treasury or commercial banking experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build and maintain models using large datasets.
• Hands-on experience owning or building cash positions and forecasts for a multi-entity, multi-currency organization.
• Experience with KYC, bank account administration, online commercial banking platforms, and Treasury Management Software.
• Ability to balance speed and precision, work amid ambiguity, and communicate and partner across business functions.

Pay

• The stated annual pay range is USD 90,000–110,000; final compensation depends on experience, skills, and fit.
