Requirements
- 5 years of experience in transloading or industrial operations. Proficient in all forms of transloading. Advanced equipment operation and troubleshooting Experience with forklifts, pumps, hoses, valves, and other industrial equipment Strong understanding of safety procedures, especially in hazardous material handling Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (snow, rain, cold, and heat at rail yards, ports or industrial facilities) and perform physical labor Good communication and teamwork skills Valid Drivers License Required Time management Ability to read gauges, follow SOPs, and maintain logs Basic troubleshooting of equipment Basic computer or tablet skills for logging data and reports Train new employees Effectively communicate with clients, and management. Forklift certification HAZMAT training OSHA safety training May involve shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requires wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
