Senior TPA Accountant

GlobeMed Gulf Healthcare Solutions L.L.C is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior TPA Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong reconciliation and stakeholder coordination skills who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Job Summary:

The Senior TPA Accountant will be responsible for reconciling accounts, overviewing, controlling and supporting the transactions performed by providers affiliated with GlobeMed Gulf Healthcare Solutions L.L.C ensuring their smooth and efficient running as part of the financial operations. Additionally, he/she will perform a variety of functions related to the accounting of providers’ and guarantors’ transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage billing and collection of all fees billed to providers.
• Provide ongoing support to providers via phone and email.
• Perform daily claims reconciliation with providers.
• Prepare and confirm yearly financial balance confirmations.
• Reconcile and confirm provider balances, including administration fees and volume rebates.
• Reconcile claims between i‑Gem and TPA systems.
• Reconcile advances and allocations with providers.
• Review system‑calculated discounts for pharmacies, physiotherapy centers, polyclinics and doctors.
• Perform manual discount calculations for hospitals and laboratories.
• Resolve discrepancies related to payments, discounts, DSN, DSC, VLM and other variances.
• Follow up on debit and credit note allocations with guarantors and providers.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation between the TPA system and Accounting system.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting ledger, Financial statements, Reconciliation of accounts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Sufficient organization abilities to complete job responsibilities within given deadlines and with accurate attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate between different units and external stakeholders.
• Customer & detail oriented.
