Seeking a seasoned Senior Test Manager/Director with deep expertise in Core Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Channels.
The individual will lead large-scale testing engagements, BAU delivery, Change Requests (CRs), Regulatory initiatives, and Strategic Transformation Releases while driving a Quality-First culture, QE Transformation, AI-led Testing, Governance, and Executive Stakeholder Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Test Strategy, Planning, Execution, Governance, and Release Management across Banking programs.
- Lead testing for BAU, CRs, Regulatory Programs, Production Releases, and Strategic Transformation Initiatives.
- Drive QE Transformation, Automation, Continuous Testing, and AI/GenAI adoption across the testing lifecycle.
- Establish and govern quality KPIs, dashboards, release readiness, risk management, and defect prevention frameworks.
- Manage large distributed teams, Implementation partners , and multi-stream delivery programs.
- Partner with Business, Technology, PMO, and Executive Leadership to ensure predictable and high-quality releases.
- Champion a Quality-First and Automation mindset, embedding quality from requirements through production and driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
