Senior Test Engineer

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical & computer engineering, mathematics, physics or a related field of study
• 12+ years' work related experience
• ATE expertise. Experience with ETS88, ETS800, Advantest V93K / EXAscale and Handlers is highly desirable
• Expertise in Data Analytics and Yield analysis
• Probe card hardware and circuit design experience
• Software development experience
• Excellent debugging skills and strong VLSI fundamentals
• Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of production data analysis for both Engineering and Mass Production
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
• Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Problem solving skills, including meticulous attention to details
• Ability to communicate effectively across functional boundaries and with upper management
