Senior Territory Lead, Joint Replacement, Central Region (Riyadh)

Role Overview

What You Will Do

• Establish and develop relationships with current and potential customers and maintain continuity.
• Track trends, competitors, product developments and legal regulations and report to the manager.
• Carry out sales activities against regional sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Plan, implement and report customer and partner visits and demos.
• Evaluate requests for proposals and prepare a complete list of materials according to customer needs.
• Inform customers about purchasing methods and cooperate with the tender department on procured projects.
• Track material delivery dates and inform customers.
• Carry out delivery and installation, provide post-sales user training and attend surgery cases.
• Bring customer bills to accrual stage and follow up collections with Finance and Accounting.
• Communicate customer complaints to the Quality Management Representative and Manager and take necessary actions.
• Prepare Congress and demo materials and deliver them to the storehouse sterilized and undamaged.
• Communicate scientific support requests and plans to the marketing department and support logistics when needed.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in business, medical or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' sales experience with a diploma in a related field; higher education preferable.
• Experience in the orthopaedic field.
• Knowledge of the medical device environment and medical device regulations required.

Preferred

• Experience in Joint Replacement is highly desirable.
