Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day back office activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and invoices using our CRM.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Handle operational tasks efficiently.
- Implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements for the Ideal Candidate
- Excellent organization and planning skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work under a high-pressure work environment, ensure quick deliverables, and connect with our team(s) globally.
- Right to work in the UAE with a valid residence visa and NOC (if applicable).
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the repatriation process.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Willingness to work according to EU timings in the UAE.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages such as Dutch, German, Spanish
- Proven experience engaging with EEA consumers, ideally within the healthcare sector.
- Strong collaborative leadership and a track record of driving team results.

**Starting Date:** ASAP
- Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
