Nair Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Telecom / Collaboration Administrator to join our Qatar operations.

✅ Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) – Mandatory
✅ Telecom Security, Documentation & Compliance
✅ Strong Communication Skills in English & Arabic
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize enterprise telecom and collaboration platforms.
- Manage IP telephony, SIP/PRI/PSTN connectivity, voice recording, and video conferencing systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of telecom services across all locations.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for telecom infrastructure and services.
- Coordinate with telecom service providers and vendors for issue resolution and service enhancements.
- Lead telecom-related projects, upgrades, and system improvements.
- Maintain telecom documentation, enforce policies, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor telecom systems proactively to minimize service disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Qualifications
� Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.
� Professional certifications/training in Telecom or Collaboration technologies preferred.
� Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
