Role overview

Responsibilities

• Draft and update technical documents, user manuals, and maintenance manuals.
• Standardize templates and documentation processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and clarify technical details.
• Keep documentation aligned with current practices and specifications.
• Review materials for consistency, quality, and compliance with internal standards.
• Improve documentation workflows and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Skills in technical documentation and documentation management, including organizing, maintaining, and version-controlling project materials.
• Experience developing installation, operation, and maintenance manuals and guides.
• Relevant engineering, construction, or industrial project experience; ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to work independently remotely, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.
• Proficiency with documentation tools such as MS Office, PDF editors, and collaborative platforms.
• Familiarity with structured documentation or CMS tools is an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline is preferred.
