Senior Technical Services Manager

Requirements

• 5+ years experience of managing mechanical and electrical in data centres (preferred), facilities, engineering operations, semiconductor, trades or related fields
• Electrical or mechanical trade background or degree preferred. Solid understanding of data centre infrastructure, including power and cooling systems, fire, and security systems
• Knowledge of local statutory regulations and requirements
• Ability to establish and review Method of Procedure documents, maintenance reports, incident reports, emergency event summaries, root cause analysis reports, CAPEX/OPEX budget forecasts/reports and O&M manuals
• Able to read and comprehend single line diagrams
• Experience running 3rd party service providers; setting and managing critical metrics, negotiating contracts and pricing for services
• Familiarity with Customer Portals, BMS, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems, CAD is a plus
• Good leadership and experience in supervising small teams of technical staff
• Effective key partner management experience
• Strong customer centric approach, and ability to drive front-line staff attitude change
• Ability to deliver effective presentations
• Have Own Security NV1 Clearance or ability to get one (Australian sites only)
