Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through close for technical roles across the Security organization, managing multiple searches simultaneously with speed and quality

Build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and competitive research in the security talent market, leveraging specialized channels, communities, and referral networks to reach passive candidates

Partner with Security hiring managers and leadership to deeply understand role requirements, calibrate on technical bar, and translate hiring priorities into effective search strategies

Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to surface bottlenecks, inform hiring decisions, and improve outcomes for your Security portfolio

Shape the candidate and interviewer experience for Security searches, ensuring a high-quality, consistent process from first outreach through offer close

5+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies, with demonstrated success hiring for security-focused roles (e.g., security engineering, threat intelligence, incident response, application security, or infrastructure security)

Proven ability to source and close specialized security talent in competitive markets, including passive candidates who are not actively seeking new opportunities

Deep familiarity with security domain terminology, team structures, and technical skill sets, enabling credible conversations with both candidates and hiring managers

Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations for hiring teams

Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
