Role Overview
Technical Program Management Office (TPMO) in Cloud Storage & Services Business unit is responsible for leading programs for cloud integrated, fully managed, high-performance scalable Cloud storage solution across Azure, Google Cloud and AWS.

This Technical Program Manager will own and manage the end-to-end program management of NetApp’s key growth initiatives in the Cloud BU identified by the CEO and executive leadership team.
This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, TPMO, Cloud Storage & Services.

Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading large, complex cross-functional engineering programs and product implementations. Strong understanding of program, project, and resource dependencies across portfolios. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive results in highly matrixed organizations. Demonstrated success managing risks, resolving issues, and escalating appropriately. Experience delivering large-scale platform, infrastructure, cloud, storage, distributed systems, or SaaS programs. Ability to review and challenge architecture designs, technical specifications, release plans, and dependency maps. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, release planning, milestone management, GA readiness, and change control. Proficient with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence. PMP certification, Agile experience, and storage industry knowledge are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for strategic initiatives, ensuring successful delivery, business outcomes, and executive visibility. Drive alignment and execution across global engineering, product, and business teams, fostering collaboration in a matrixed environment. Own program planning, including milestones, dependencies, resource management, critical path tracking, and release integration. Partner with engineering and product leaders to prioritize work, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and manage capacity trade-offs. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution, release readiness, governance reviews, and informed decision-making. Represent programs in leadership forums, provide executive updates, and enhance program efficiency through process improvements and automation. Education A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 8+ years of experience of successful releases for multiple products or services in technology focused programs.
