- Candidates should be based in Gurugram for the hybrid working model.
Position expectations
- Execute and improve processes and tools used by HR Technology delivery teams.
- Coordinate product teams and internal stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and plan release roadmaps.
- Identify delivery risks and mitigate them where possible.
- Own data on project and ticket backlog health.
- Determine when hands-on project management or operationalized process frameworks are needed.
- Conduct retrospectives and promote continuous improvement across teams.
- Recognize patterns in information and act on them.
- Develop technical knowledge to manage HR technology project complexities, dependencies, and risks.
Candidate requirements
- Have 7+ years in a PMO and/or engineering organization in technical program delivery, support, or analytics.
- Manage HR-related technical programs end to end and work with engineering teams using program management and agile delivery techniques.
- Understand HR technology portfolios and technical interfaces between teams.
- Know HR processes and capabilities such as talent management, learning and development, core HCM, and benefits/compensation.
- Maintain a strategic view of engineering processes while optimizing team operations.
- Know agile methodologies and have experience implementing program management best practices.
- Use project tracking software such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or GSuite.
- Programming proficiency with JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite is a plus.
- Communicate across diverse engineering teams and stakeholders; manage priorities and program data effectively.
