• Your mission
• The Senior Technical Product Manager, Swap owns the end-to-end success of the Swap product domain.
• This role combines strong product leadership, technical understanding, and market awareness to ensure the Swap product remains competitive, reliable, scalable, and valuable for users and partners.
• The role reports to the Head of Product, B2B SaaS and heavily collaborates with Product Owners to connect product strategy with daily execution across teams.
• Within the Product department, the person in this role works closely with Product Design, QA, and Engineering teams, while partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and Sales & Business Development to align priorities and drive measurable outcomes.
• This role requires a product manager who can understand complex DeFi and technical concepts, translate them into clear product decisions, and drive the right actions to maintain or improve the product’s competitive position.
• What you’ll do
• Own the full product lifecycle for the Swap domain, from discovery and roadmap definition to launch, growth, and optimisation
• Define and maintain product strategy, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans for Swap initiatives
• Monitor market trends, competitors, user behaviour, and emerging DeFi protocols to identify product opportunities and risks
• Drive improvements across routing quality, liquidity coverage, conversion, reliability, fees, and trading volume
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, aggregation systems, scalability, and infrastructure improvements
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, trade-offs, and decision-making frameworks
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Legal, and Business Development teams
• Ensure product launches are supported with clear positioning, stakeholder alignment, communication, and go-to-market readiness
• Act as the central product point of contact for the Swap domain across internal teams and stakeholders
• Who you are
• 6+ years of product management experience working on complex technical products or platforms
• Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, DEX aggregation, routing, or liquidity systems
• Proven experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for technical product areas
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, scalability, performance, and infrastructure topics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven product decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and focus on measurable business outcomes
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments

• Experience working on B2B SaaS, APIs, developer platforms, or infrastructure products
• Experience collaborating with external partners, integrations, or business development teams
• Familiarity with trading systems, liquidity aggregation, or on-chain execution optimisation
• Understanding of go-to-market planning and product launch coordination within technical environments
