Senior Technical Manager, Dairy Process Engineer- Industrial Facilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably supporting dairy, food and beverage, or industrial manufacturing facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing operations, including pasteurization, separation, evaporation, drying, fermentation, utility systems, and sanitary process design.
• Experience leading engineering design efforts for manufacturing, food processing, or industrial facilities in a consulting environment.
• Advanced knowledge of process engineering principles, process integration, equipment design, and industrial facility development.
• Strong understanding of GMPs, food safety requirements, HACCP principles, and applicable regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships, support business development efforts, and lead multidisciplinary project teams.
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing technical teams.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong commitment to quality, safety, and project excellence.

• Compensation Expected Salary (all locations): $119.600- $175,000
• WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
