About This Role
Overview
- Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Coordinate and supervise road works
- Monitor utility works including drainage, sewerage, water supply, irrigation, telecom, and electrical networks pumping stations
- Prepare technical submissions, NOC drawings
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure work execution complies with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Support planning and site teams to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify quantities and assist in preparation of BOQs and variation claims.
- Coordinate with surveyors and QA/QC engineers for inspection activities.
- Assist in testing and commissioning activities for utility systems.
- Ensure as-built drawings and project documentation are properly maintained.
