The Company
Codefully is an AI automation and technology company based in Dubai (Internet City), with engineering teams in India.
We build custom agentic AI systems and technology solutions for established businesses.
We are growing fast, the pipeline is strong, and we need someone who can own delivery end to end.
The Role
- You own client delivery.
- You are the person the client talks to, the person the engineering team reports into on project execution, and the person who makes sure work ships on time, on spec, and without drama.
- You are not a project coordinator updating spreadsheets — you are an operator who runs engagements, protects scope, spots commercial opportunities, and drives outcomes.
- Day to day, this means:
- Running client relationships — you are the primary point of contact for project updates, scope discussions, timeline conversations, and issue resolution.
- Managing delivery across a distributed engineering team in India — sprint planning, standups, blockers, QA, and release coordination.
- Controlling scope — you catch creep early, flag it commercially, and protect the team from unbounded work.
- Owning delivery quality — you review what ships before the client sees it. You don’t write code, but you know when something isn’t right.
- Identifying and driving upsell opportunities — you are close enough to the client’s business to see where additional work creates value, and you make it happen.
- Surfacing risks early with a recommendation, not just a problem statement.
Who You Are
You’ve run delivery in an agency, consultancy, or tech services environment.
You’re the kind of person who creates order without creating overhead, who clients trust because you’re direct and reliable, and who engineering teams respect because you understand what they’re building well enough to ask the right questions.
Specifically
- 5+ years in delivery, project, or programme management within a technology services business — agency, consultancy, or outsourced development.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams across time zones.
- Commercially sharp — you understand how scope, timeline, and budget interact and you have honest conversations with clients about trade-offs. You spot upsell and expansion opportunities naturally.
- A confident communicator with senior stakeholders. You lead conversations, you don’t hide behind tools.
- Technically literate enough to understand what the engineering team is building, challenge when something is off, and translate between technical and commercial language.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch in a small, fast-moving company rather than inheriting them from a large one.
- Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML projects or agentic AI systems.
- Familiarity with the Dubai or Gulf business environment.
- Experience scaling delivery from a handful of concurrent projects to ten or more.
Location
Dubai-based, working from our office or on a client site.
There is flexibility to work from home, but this is a role that requires presence — with clients, with the team, and in the room where decisions get made.
