Role Description

This is a part-time Senior Supply Chain Manager role based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory control, and supply management to ensure product availability and cost efficiency.

Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing demand and supply data, developing forecasts, optimizing stock levels, and identifying risks or bottlenecks.

The role will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will also drive process improvements, implement best practices, support reporting for leadership, and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Demand Planning, including forecasting, sales and operations planning, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Supply Management and Procurement, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract management, and vendor performance monitoring.
  • Hands-on experience in Inventory Management, with the ability to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and maintain service levels.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex data sets, use supply chain metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency with supply chain and ERP tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar), and strong skills in spreadsheets and reporting.
  • Proven experience in a senior supply chain, operations, or logistics role, preferably within a multi-stakeholder or regional environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CIPS) is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a hybrid setting, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
