Overview
- Supervise and coordinate all electro-mechanical (MEP) maintenance and operational activities at site.
- Lead and manage teams of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and multi-skilled technicians.
- Ensure preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor the performance of HVAC systems, chillers, pumps, electrical panels, plumbing, and ELV systems.
- Conduct routine site inspections and identify maintenance requirements and safety concerns.
- Plan daily work activities, allocate manpower, and monitor productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to technicians.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards at all times.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance and project activities.
- Review and verify work completion reports, service reports, and maintenance records.
- Monitor material usage and submit material requisitions as required.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved procedures, specifications, and client requirements.
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities for MEP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and performance reports.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of technicians and site staff.
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of all building services and facilities to achieve maximum system reliability and uptime.
