Senior Substation Engineer
Role Overview
The Senior Substation Engineer is responsible for the performance, reliability, and lifecycle management of medium- and high-voltage electrical systems across the operating fleet, including substations, power transformers, protection and control systems, switchgear, and related MV/HV equipment.
This role serves as the technical owner of substation and MV/HV system performance—bridging field execution, engineering analysis, utility coordination, and vendor engagement.
The position informs equipment selection and design standards for new projects while driving resolution of both systemic and site-specific issues.
