About This Role
Responsibilities
- Lead the structural design of RCC and steel buildings from concept to detailed design.
- Perform structural analysis and modeling using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- Working knowledge of Revit (BIM modeling and coordination).
- Prepare and review design calculations, reports, and technical documentation.
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ACI, BS, and local authority regulations.
- Design and model foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and lateral load systems.
- Perform dynamic structural analysis including response spectrum and time-history analysis for seismic and wind loading.
- Evaluate and design structures for lateral stability, drift control, and vibration performance.
- Apply seismic design principles in accordance with relevant codes (ACI, ASCE 7).
- Carry out design optimization for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for design integration.
- Review shop drawings and technical submissions for design compliance

- Lead, review, and guide junior engineers’ design work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural design consultancy.
- Strong expertise in complex building structures (large-scale preferred).
- Proficient in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000.
- Strong knowledge of ACI, BS, and international design standards.
- Experience in full design cycle (concept to IFC).
- Ability to work independently and lead design packages.
