Role Overview
You will join our Towers and Telecom department
As our new Assistant Manager, you will be part of our dynamic and highly motivated team that solves technical challenging and interesting tasks on a broad range of areas across steel and concrete structures.
You will in a close and constructive manner collaborate with colleagues about design of wind-affected structures such as masts and towers.
Design and optimize transmission towers to deliver cost-effective and efficient structural solutions while meeting project and industry standards.

Qualifications
- Focus on tower weight optimization to deliver cost-effective and efficient structural designs with meeting the requirements from standards and project specifications. • Review of structural analysis reports, tower loading calculations, Sag-Tension calculations, GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and fabrication drawings • Should have knowledge of fabrication drawings, tower testing procedure and tower spotting. • Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior and mid-level designers/engineers to fos
