About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structural systems for building projects in compliance with local authority requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to deliver innovative and cost-effective client solutions.
• Review engineering designs for quality and safety compliance.
• Manage and mentor junior engineers and BIM technicians.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control procedures are followed throughout project execution.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or structural engineering is required, while a master's degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of structural engineering experience focused on building structures is required.
• Experience with building, civil engineering, infrastructure, water-retaining, reinforced concrete, or structural steel structures is required.
• Experience coordinating with MEP, architecture, utilities, and other multidisciplinary functions is required.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and CAD tools is required.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
• Experience in 3D design is needed, while BIM protocol experience is desirable.
