Provide expert-level strategic analysis, market intelligence, portfolio assessments, and business planning support for the B2B Business Products portfolio.
The role acts as a senior subject matter expert, delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth, portfolio optimization, investment decisions, and long-term competitiveness without direct people management responsibilities.

• Strategic Analysis & Business Planning
- Conduct strategic assessments of business opportunities, market trends, and growth initiatives.
- Develop strategic recommendations and business planning inputs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support annual and long-term business planning activities through analytical insights.
- Monitor strategic performance indicators and recommend improvements.
• Market Intelligence & Competitive Assessment
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Benchmark competitors, products, and industry best practices.
- Assess customer needs and market dynamics impacting the B2B portfolio.
- Deliver actionable market intelligence reports and recommendations.
• Portfolio Performance & Investment Analysis
- Evaluate product and service portfolio performance against strategic objectives.
- Analyze investment opportunities and support portfolio prioritization decisions.
- Develop business cases and financial assessments for strategic initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to maximize portfolio value and business growth.
• Strategic Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in strategic transformation and growth initiatives across the organization.
- Develop strategic frameworks, methodologies, and assessment models.
- Provide subject matter expertise to project teams.
- Monitor strategic initiative outcomes and benefits realization.
• Executive Insights & Advisory Support
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Conduct scenario planning and impact assessments for business decisions.
- Evaluate strategic risks and opportunities affecting business performance.
- Provide expert recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment
- Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Strategy teams.
- Facilitate alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives.
- Support cross-functional discussions related to portfolio and business strategy.
- Build effective working relationships to enhance decision quality and execution.
• Business Performance Analysis
- Analyze business performance data and identify trends affecting growth and profitability.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support strategic reviews.
- Assess business performance against strategic objectives.
- Recommend actions to address performance gaps.
• Industry & Regulatory Monitoring
- Monitor economic, regulatory, technological, and industry developments.
- Assess potential impacts on the business portfolio and strategic direction.
- Identify emerging opportunities and risks arising from market changes.
- Provide timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Knowledge Management & Best Practices
- Maintain awareness of industry best practices and strategic methodologies.
- Contribute to organizational knowledge repositories and strategic frameworks.
- Promote data-driven decision-making across the business.
- Support continuous improvement of strategic planning processes.
