The Senior Strategy Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth, organizational transformation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead detailed operating model assessments to evaluate organizational structure, corporate agility, and process workflows. * Develop and structure data-backed customer segmentation strategies to optimize target market penetration and engagement.
- Design, execute, and monitor high-impact cross-sell initiatives aimed at expanding product footprints within existing client portfolios.
- Conduct sophisticated strategic analysis, industry benchmarking, and financial modeling to substantiate corporate growth plans.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into actionable board-ready strategies and executive presentations.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and business unit heads to align transformation roadmaps with overall corporate goals.
