Senior Strategic Transactions Officer

Job Summary

• Responsible for supporting and leading strategic transaction initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, restructurings, and capital projects.
• The role typically includes financial analysis, valuation, scenario modeling, transaction documentation, due diligence coordination, negotiation support, and post-deal integration, while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance.
• Typical responsibilities
• Lead and support transaction workstreams across M&A, strategic investments, partnerships, and restructuring.
• Build financial models, valuations, scenario analyses, and business cases.
• Prepare investment memoranda, board papers, management presentations, and approval documents.
• Coordinate due diligence with internal teams, advisors, legal counsel, and external stakeholders.
• Support negotiations, deal structuring, risk assessment, and post-transaction integration.
• Typical qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, transactions, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or related areas.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing executive- or board-level materials.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Pay: QAR35.00 - QAR70.00 per hour
