he Senior Strategic Account Manager, Travel Sel

ler reports directly to the VP Sales and is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of TPC's strategic travel seller accounts.

This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships, driving account growth, ensuring successful solution adoption, and delivering an outstanding customer experien

ce.Working closely with Product, Engineering, Support, and Delivery teams, you will lead the Account Management and Implementation teams, act as a trusted advisor to customers, while identifyingopportunities to expand partnerships and maximise business val

ue.Main Responsibilitie

  • hipDirectly manage TPC’s top and most strategic seller accounts, acting as the senior point of contact and trusted advis
  • or.Build and maintain strong multi‑level relationships with key stakeholders, from the Ops team to executive sponso
  • rs.Identify and drive expansion opportunities while putting in place strong ways of working and processes around account management and strategic project delive
  • ry.Lead strategic business reviews (QBR), roadmap discussions, and long‑term planning with key clien
  • ts.Align internal cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, support, operations) around customer priorities and commitmen
  • ts.Serve as the escalation point for complex issues, ensuring rapid resolution and protecting customer tru
  • st.Commercial leader responsibilit
