Requirements
- Significant experience in enterprise business development, strategic account development, financial technology, payments, card processing, banking technology, lending technology or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success securing access to senior executives within complex financial-services organizations.
- Strong understanding of how banks, credit unions and fintechs evaluate major technology or platform-transformation decisions.
- Experience researching named accounts, mapping buying committees and identifying credible commercial triggers.
- Ability to turn market intelligence and relationships into qualified meetings and opportunities.
- Executive-level communication skills and the judgment to engage senior banking and technology leaders credibly.
- Persistent, thoughtful and highly personalized approach to long enterprise buying cycles.
- Strong CRM discipline and comfort using relationship-intelligence, contact-data, market-research and AI tools.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across Sales, Marketing, Product and executive leadership.
- Experience with card issuing, issuer processing, revolving credit, platform migrations or portfolio conversions is strongly preferred.
