Senior Store Keeper

Follow-up the regulation of the effective entry and exit of stocks to and from the store, monitoring the stagnant and damaged items of the FG products and issuing the monthly report, while ensuring the application of FIFO and FEFO systems, short expiry, Slow & Nonmoving stocks, Out of stock etc.,

2- Responsible for following up the implementation of the plans and applying them and complying with the store procedures and updating them and submitting proposals for the development of the work.

3- Suggest improvement and preventive measures that will solve the problems and address the quality alerts to ensure that they are not repeated, and work on the development of mechanisms of action and development ideas for modernization, saving and positive change.

4- Follow-up balances for FG materials and report any deficiencies or problems

5- Participate and follow-up monthly inventories and ensure the application of the procedure and to justify deficiencies and increases.

6- Monitor the expenses of warehouses and contribute to control.

7- Follow up the implementation and commitment of the stores team with the quality and industrial safety instructions effectively to carryout assigned duties as per ISO 9001 & HACCP procedures.

8- Responsible for the follow-up of administrative matters for the stores staff, leave and leave after approval by the manager of the stores team and resolving the staff matters and motivate them.

9- Having daily work plans for the team and follow up with the director of the department to ensure smooth work and supervise the staff in the store to finish the tasks on time.

10- Receiving FG / RM & posting in the system.

11- Monitoring of safety stock level & informing any Out of stock (OOS) or low level Qty stocks to the planning department or the higher authority if there is any threat.

12- Monitoring the stock Level according to the MRP set by the authorized People and reporting to the authorized department on regular intervals.

13- Monitoring the items taking for Packing section or for the delivery in case of frozen based on the Delivery Order, provide them on time based on FIFO or other inventory management Methods.

14- Release the Delivery order.
