Role overview
Lead analysis and design of steel structures for industrial and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and design steel structures using STAAD.Pro, IDEA StatiCa, and ETABS.
- Design members, connections, and base plates to project specifications and codes.
- Prepare calculation reports and technical submittals.
- Review shop drawings and coordinate with fabricators, detailers, and other disciplines.
- Guide and review junior engineers' work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 8+ years of steel design experience, including senior-level responsibility.
- Hands-on modeling, analysis, and design proficiency in STAAD.Pro and ETABS.
- Strong knowledge of AISC, Eurocode 3 / BS EN, or BS 5950.
- Solid grasp of connection design, stability, wind and seismic loading.
- Industrial projects involving cranes or heavy equipment; UAE/GCC approval experience.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 6,500 per month.

- Work location is in person.
