About the role

Senior Staff Program Manager leading a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning NPI, process transformation, go-to-market execution, and organizational rollouts.

This is a senior-most individual-contributor role with independent ownership, broad executive engagement, and company-scale cross-functional influence.

Program scoping and delivery

  • Decompose initiatives into workstreams, deliverables, and owners, and manage multiple large-scale programs concurrently.
  • Build master schedules covering readiness reviews, enablement, go-live dates, retrospectives, and critical deadlines.
  • Run steering committees, change-management syncs, readiness checkpoints, retrospectives, and consistent meeting cadences.

Risk, stakeholders, and program health

  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks, map dependencies, resolve handoffs, and unblock execution across teams and programs.
  • Engage executive and ELT stakeholders, lead decision forums, and present concise updates with risks, asks, and decisions.
  • Lead business process reviews, define program-health KPIs, and improve governance, change management, intake, and prioritization.
  • Maintain roadmaps, timelines, RACI and RAID logs, decision logs, and executive updates across owned programs.

Practice and strategic contribution

  • Lead retrospectives, capture lessons, contribute templates and playbooks, and mentor program managers.
  • Connect programs to company strategy and OKRs; apply budget, ROI, cost-benefit, and commercial analysis to decisions.
  • Build customer and market knowledge to align program outcomes with customer experience.

What you bring

  • 10+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in business, GTM, or NPI contexts, including concurrent large-scale programs with minimal oversight.
  • Staff or Senior Staff-level independence and demonstrated readiness to engage regularly with ELT stakeholders.
  • Experience with master schedules, RAID logs, RACI matrices, executive artifacts, steering committees, and senior-leader decision forums.
  • Working knowledge of program-management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, financial acumen, proactive risk management, and independent problem-solving.
  • Experience implementing program-management best practices and mentoring other program managers.
