• Accelerate the enterprise data protection and resilience roadmap while balancing innovation, performance, reliability, and compliance.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including 6+ years leading enterprise-scale data protection, backup and recovery, or disaster recovery products, including Managed Service Providers.
• Deep expertise across backup and storage, deduplication, compression, snapshots, replication, immutable and air-gapped storage, ransomware recovery, DR orchestration, and RPO/RTO optimization.
• Proven success embedding protection and resilience in enterprise platforms at petabyte scale, with measurable SLA and recovery-confidence improvements.
• Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud backup strategy, data residency and sovereignty, storage tiering, and cost optimization.
• Exceptional communication for technical and executive audiences; track record in customer engagement, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.

Technical expertise

• Expertise in enterprise backup topology, cyber resilience, and Agentic AI data protection strategies across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as Rubrik, Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault, Zerto, or NetBackup, and cloud-native services such as AWS Backup, Azure Backup, or Google Cloud Backup and DR.
• Ability to protect AI/ML and analytics workloads, including training datasets, model checkpoints, feature stores, and data pipelines.
• Understanding of retention policy, lifecycle management, legal hold, eDiscovery readiness, and compliance-driven retention for PII, PHI, and PCI data.
• Ability to anticipate backup architecture trends, AI-driven anomaly detection, and data sovereignty mandates.
