Product strategy and outcomes

• Set a 12–24-month domain vision, determine sequencing, make the case to leadership, and align teams.
• Translate strategy into a narrative the company can repeat and sustain alignment through shifting priorities.
• Own measurable outcomes such as partner growth, patient outcomes, revenue, and operational efficiency.
• Define three to five domain metrics, review them with leadership, and course-correct when results miss targets.

Leadership and AI product work

• Drive decisions across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations, and go-to-market teams; make tradeoffs visible and resolve them.
• Identify valuable AI opportunities and ship features with human review, evaluations before launch, and monitoring afterward.
• Use AI in research, prototyping, analysis, specifications, and prioritization, and help the product team do likewise.
• Turn ambiguous or conflicting requests into a phased plan, including a clear statement of what will not be done.

Field engagement and team development

• Spend time with partners, clinicians, and patients and use their evidence to address recurring platform gaps.
• Mentor product managers and improve how the product organization writes, prioritizes, plans, and ships.

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of complex multi-team products at Staff level or equivalent.
• Startup or high-growth experience with shifting priorities and evolving processes.
• Product leadership setting product-area strategy, influencing senior leaders, and delivering identifiable outcomes.
• Track record aligning engineering, design, and business teams and resolving conflicting priorities.
• Strong engineering and design partnership, sound technical tradeoffs, and ability to connect product work to business outcomes and investment cases.
• Experience mentoring product managers and shaping product organization practices.
• Comfort with regulation, security requirements, or deep third-party integrations.
• Hands-on AI feature experience, quality measurement, and responses to model failures; daily use of AI tools.
• Able to move between multi-year strategy and detailed data, product requirements, or prototypes, and communicate clearly with executives, engineers, and customers.

Preferred qualifications

• Healthcare, digital health, or other regulated-domain experience, including HIPAA, clinical workflows, payer, or pharmacy.
• Experience with B2B2C, platform, API, white-label, client-facing, or forward-deployed products.
• Familiarity with EHR or practice-management integrations.
• Technical background in engineering, data, or machine learning.
