Senior Staff Electrical Design Engineer
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Design Engineer to act as the primary technical bridge between internal stakeholders, construction partners, design firms, and our customers.
This role focuses on the design phase of Crusoe’s data center campus projects.
You will ensure that large-scale power distribution systems are designed for safety, compliance, reliability, constructability, and speed of execution.
This position requires an electrical professional with a strong mix of electrical construction and design methodologies, power distribution equipment specification, and a strong background in fast paced design and project management.
The role is in office with options to be located in San Francisco, Denver, or Dallas.
Travel will vary, but is anticipated to be 25%.

- Compensation Range
- Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $195,000 -$225,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
