Job Overview

Responsibilities

• - Own cloud operations for business systems on AWS and Tencent Cloud, including availability, stability, and capacity planning; participate in architecture reviews and drive high-availability, scalable, and observable designs. - Manage core cloud services across compute, networking, storage, containers, object storage, load balancing, IAM, security groups, VPC, DNS, and certificates. - Lead P0/P1 incident response, troubleshooting, and recovery across hosts, networks, Kubernetes, databases, middleware, and application chains; produce postmortems, RCA reports, and improvement action plans. - Build and optimize observability systems, including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and On-Call mechanisms; reduce alert noise and improve MTTD/MTTR. - Maintain and evolve operational toolchains such as CMDB, release systems, configuration management, ticketing, and change control platforms. - Drive automation for inspections, scaling, self-healing, and other operational workflows to reduce repetitive manual work. - Support security and compliance initiatives, including security baselines, permission tightening, audit trails, backup drills, and disaster recovery capabilities. - Collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and business teams to improve operational standards and reliability practices.

Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in operations, SRE, or cloud-native operations; experience with large-scale internet or SaaS businesses is preferred. - Expert-level knowledge of at least one major public cloud platform, AWS or Tencent Cloud, with familiarity in the other and the ability to operate across cloud environments. - Strong understanding of cloud products such as VPC, ELB/CLB, ECS/CVM, EKS/TKE, RDS, Redis, S3/COS, CloudWatch/CLS, and IAM. - Solid troubleshooting skills in Linux, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, load balancing, storage, and common middleware; able to independently resolve complex incidents. - Familiar with Kubernetes and Docker, including Pods, Services, Ingress, HPA, rolling releases, resource quotas, and cluster stability issues. - Familiar with Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/EFK, or cloud-native observability products; able to design effective SLIs/SLOs, alerting strategies, and on-call mechanisms. - Strong scripting and programming ability, with proficiency in Shell and at least one of Python or Go; able to build operational scripts, tools, and API integrations. - Strong awareness of change control, ability to work under pressure, and clear communication skills for effective collaboration during incidents. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with operations automation tools and practices such as Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, Argo CD, Flux, CI/CD, self-healing systems, or inspection platforms. - Experience using tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude to quickly turn SOPs, scripts, inspections, and small services into reusable engineering assets. - Experience applying AI to log summarization, alert deduplication, incident diagnosis assistance, documentation generation, Runbook auto-completion, or other measurable productivity improvements. - Experience with multi-active architecture, disaster recovery, capacity planning, cost optimization, FinOps, security, or compliance.
