Job Summary
FootSolidaire Sports Development Foundation W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Sports Operations Manager to lead sports programs, athletic operations, and community sports initiatives in Doha.
This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with expertise in sports management, event coordination, and operational planning.

What you'll do
- Lead daily sports operations and oversee athletic program coordination
- Manage sports facilities, training schedules, events, and operational logistics
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve sports program delivery and participant experience
- Coordinate tournaments, competitions, and community sports initiatives
- Supervise coaches, operations staff, volunteers, and support teams
- Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and program performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, sports regulations, and organizational policies
- Collaborate with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders on sports development initiatives
- Handle operational planning, scheduling, and resource management activities
- Support business development and sports outreach programs
Requirements
- Experience in sports operations, sports management, or athletic program coordination
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent organizational and event coordination skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple sports programs and operational priorities
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Education, or related field preferred or equivalent experience
