Senior Specialist - Technology Procurement

About This Role

The Senior Specialist - Technology Procurement at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for driving the procurement of technology-related goods and services that support the company's strategic initiatives in creating an iconic entertainment and lifestyle destination. This role encompasses managing end-to-end procurement activities, fostering strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute technology procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate and manage the entire procurement cycle including RFP preparation, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Maintain effective relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring optimal service delivery and value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate technology needs and provide procurement expertise.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, relevant laws, and ethical standards throughout all procurement activities.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for potential cost savings and innovations in procurement.
• Prepare accurate procurement reports and documentation to support transparency and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in technology procurement or a similar role.
• Proven skills in vendor negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Familiarity with procurement software tools such as SAP, Ariba, or Prism.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is advantageous.
• Knowledge of local procurement regulations and the Saudi Arabian market is preferred.
• Professional certifications in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) are an added advantage.
