About This Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy and strategic 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 – 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 in 𝗔𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗵𝗮𝗯𝗶 🇦🇪. This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing smart IT solutions, optimizing systems, and supporting organizational digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and operational plans, KPIs, and risk registers.
• Design and maintain smart applications, software, and systems to enhance operations.
• Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure systems are tested, user-friendly, and aligned with corporate identity and governance standards.
• Train users, prepare manuals, and support adoption of applications.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure IT solutions meet organizational objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in IT systems, applications, or software development.
• Strong skills in system architecture, agile development, databases, and QA.
• Analytical, proactive, and collaborative with excellent communication skills.
• Committed to driving digital transformation and continuous improvement.
