Senior Specialist, IRIS Operations (Must reside in WI)

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of applicable administrative and/or health care experience, preferably serving the target groups of the IRIS program (adults with physical/intellectual disabilities or older adults), or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and maintain strictest confidentiality.
• Ability to focus on multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented, and ability to learn and incorporate new tasks quickly.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, including ability to function as a strong partner on project teams.
• Ability to seek out opportunities to learn and grow, embrace challenges and learn from them.
• Demonstrated flexibility in the work environment, and willingness and ability to adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Data entry experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program(s) proficiency.
