Senior Specialist, Experiential Learning Placements

Specialist IV in EL Placements, oversees complex placement logistics, including sites requiring special portal access or paper-based applications, and conducts year-round outreach to source and manage sites.

They secure experiential learning placements and provide oversight and guidance to Specialist II as they work to clear learners through their onboarding.

• Secure experiential learning placements at assigned and prospective sites
• Manage placements for sites requiring special portals or paper-based applications
• Conduct year-round outreach to existing and prospective sites to secure placement opportunities
• Initiate real-time requests and communications with new sites to meet learner needs
• Maintain communication with current and new sites to ensure partnership satisfaction
• Oversee and provide guidance to Specialist II, ensuring proper handling of site requests and learner clearances
• Monitor site onboarding and communication requirements, updating shared digital interfaces
• Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings
• Ensure data integrity within portals, CRM, and other systems
• Support pre- and post-semester placement projects
• Escalate critical or systemic issues to leadership as necessary
