Overview

  • We are seeking a Senior Specialist to oversee and enhance our Compensation & Benefits structures.
  • This role is vital in driving organizational performance and employee satisfaction.
  • The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ultimately reducing turnover and enhancing our employer brand.
  • Responsibilities: Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to ADP Ports Group strategy and business goals
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data-based proposals on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
  • Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value
  • Deploy effective communication strategies
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices
  • Work closely with the Manager: Compensation & Benefits to plan and implement compensation packages
  • Review and assess pay scales, base pay and incentives in conjunction with the Manager: Compensation & Benefits
  • Draft or review C & B Related Policies
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives Locally and Internationally

People Management Responsibilites

  • Internal Stakeholders (AD Ports Employees &other HC & E Personnel)
  • External Stakeholders (HC &E Vendors such as Korn Ferry, Mercer, etc.)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful compensation and benefits strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to compensation and benefits.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • A results-driven and proactive approach to work.
