Role overview

Join BNY’s Front Office Services team as a performance professional supporting fixed income funds.

The role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate daily and monthly performance returns across fixed income funds.
  • Deliver performance, attribution and ex post risk statistics for fixed income funds.
  • Explain performance numbers to fund managers, with a strong focus on fixed income attribution.
  • Maintain relationships with fund managers and fixed income investment specialists.
  • Investigate and resolve queries within specified timeframes.

Requirements

  • Bring 3–5 years of asset management industry experience in a performance measurement role.
  • Demonstrate strong working knowledge of fixed income attribution.
  • Understand the analytics underlying attribution results.
  • Have strong working proficiency in Excel.
  • Understanding of instrument types including derivatives is advantageous.
  • Experience with Aladdin is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of VBA and SQL is preferred.
