Senior Specialist, Client Operations

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely, accurate, and insightful CLO reporting for internal stakeholders and external investors.
• Partner with Analytics, Operations, Client Service, and other stakeholders to support communication and operational excellence.
• Own portfolio compliance and waterfall models and prepare periodic report drafts to agreed timelines.
• Agree test results, inputs, and parameters directly with clients.
• Resolve basic model issues and work with Analytics on significant model changes.
• Coordinate with Position Services to resolve exceptional data issues.
• Act as liaison between Position Servicing and Client Service Managers.
• Incorporate client and auditor feedback on model and test results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance.
• Prior experience in an analytical role, such as financial modeling, valuation models, or data analytics.
• CLO, structured finance, or fixed-income reporting experience is preferred.
• VBA and SQL proficiency is valuable.
