The platform analyzes infrastructure usage, automatically allocates resources, predicts workloads, and provides intelligent recommendations to improve performance, increase efficiency, and reduce operational risks.
As we continue expanding into international markets, particularly across MENA and Africa, we are looking for a Technical Solutions Manager to become a key technical representative of the product and a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
The Role
This position sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business.
We are looking for a technically strong professional with expertise in infrastructure, virtualization, or cloud platforms who can confidently engage with customers, demonstrate the value of the solution, and guide them through the evaluation and adoption process.
You will act as the primary technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle - from initial discovery and product demonstrations to Proof of Concept execution and successful deal closure.
Customer Engagement
Conduct discovery sessions with prospective customers
Understand customer business objectives, technical challenges, and infrastructure requirements
Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations
Clearly communicate the technical and business value of the platform
Provide guidance on deployment approaches and solution architecture
Technical Consulting
Lead technical product demonstrations
Engage with customer architects, infrastructure teams, and engineering stakeholders
Participate in architectural and technical discussions
Design and support Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilot deployments
Assist customers in integrating the solution into existing environments
Pre-Sales And Deal Support
Plan, coordinate, and execute PoCs
Support customers throughout evaluation and testing phases
Address technical concerns and objections
Guide stakeholders through the adoption process
Collaborate with sales teams to drive opportunities toward successful closure
Product And Market Development
Gather and analyze customer feedback
Contribute to product strategy and market expansion initiatives
Adapt presentations, demos, and messaging for target markets
Support large-scale opportunities, enterprise engagements, and tender processes
Experience
Experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, solution consulting, or enterprise software sales
Proven track record of supporting enterprise customers throughout complex sales cycles
Experience leading Proofs of Concept and pilot projects
Experience working directly with technical and business stakeholders
Ability to manage customer engagements from discovery through successful deal closure
Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of virtualization technologies and platforms
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and data center architecture
Understanding of networking fundamentals, virtual machines, clustering, and distributed systems
Ability to discuss solution architecture with DevOps engineers, system administrators, architects, and technical leadership
Ability to quickly learn and master complex technical products
Communication Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences
- Ability to facilitate discussions, workshops, demonstrations, and technical evaluations
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V
- Experience working with infrastructure management or cloud platforms
- Background working with DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering teams
- Experience in MENA or GCC markets
- Experience selling enterprise software solutions
- Candidates with backgrounds in infrastructure engineering, virtualization platforms, cloud infrastructure, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales are highly encouraged to apply.
