We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing team.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations teams to architect and deliver advanced HPC, Cloud, and AI/ML infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
This is a high-impact, client-facing position ideal for someone with strong technical depth, consultative sales experience, and a passion for designing scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across HPC, Cloud, AI/ML, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Support technical sales engagements, including customer presentations, workshops, RFIs, and RFP responses.
- Translate customer business and technical requirements into scalable end-to-end solution architectures.
- Design integrated infrastructure solutions covering compute, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Deliver compelling presentations and technical demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities and architecture designs.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure successful solution delivery and implementation.
- Provide detailed design intent and infrastructure requirements for factory-integrated cluster and network deployments.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Travel within the assigned region as needed to support customer engagements and business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales, solutions architecture, or pre-sales engineering with a proven track record of driving successful customer engagements and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned region.
- Strong experience in several of the following areas:
- Cloud technologies including Kubernetes and OpenStack
- DevOps practices and automation methodologies
- Linux systems administration and cloud automation tools such as Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar technologies
- Large-scale RFP and technical proposal development
- Ethernet and InfiniBand networking design and fabric configuration
- Enterprise storage architectures including block, file, object, and parallel storage technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI infrastructure ecosystems.
- Experience with data center infrastructure and large-scale cluster environments.
- Deep knowledge of Linux cluster technologies and performance optimization.
- Experience with distributed and software-defined storage technologies including:
- Lustre / Gluster / GPFS / ESS / VAST Data / WekaIO / Ceph / Swift / Cinder
