Key responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops and understand customer business challenges and digital transformation objectives.
- Analyze business, process, and technology environments and translate requirements into enterprise solution strategies and high-level architectures.
- Compare alternative approaches and recommend practical, scalable, business-driven solutions.
- Support consultative presales, strategic customer discussions, RFPs, RFIs, and large bids.
- Prepare executive presentations, business cases, architecture diagrams, and proposals; present and defend solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams and technology partners, and assess emerging technologies such as AI for measurable business value.
- Communicate with technical specialists and senior executives throughout the solution lifecycle.
Technical experience
- Relevant areas include enterprise and modern software architecture, APIs, REST, integration platforms, cloud, data and analytics, ERP and CRM applications, security, application modernization, AI, and enterprise integration.
- Oracle, OCI, AWS, Azure, enterprise integration technologies, or AI platforms are advantageous.
What the employer is looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least C1 English proficiency; C2 is preferred.
- Eight or more years of relevant experience is ideal, not stated as an absolute requirement.
- Direct experience with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders, plus client-facing consulting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, technical leadership, and ability to move between business strategy and technical architecture.
Success in the role
Independently progress an incomplete business challenge through understanding, research, discovery, structuring, design, comparison, recommendation, visualization, presentation, and defense.
