Role overview

Your impact

• Lead end-to-end Anaplan deployments with internal teams and external partners; establish governance and precise scope.
• Serve as the primary delivery contact and align customer stakeholders from operational leads to C-suite executives.
• Manage complex programs while balancing scope, risk, budget, and resourcing.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive decisions across design, testing, timelines, and organizational change management.
• Negotiate to resolve conflicts, maintain momentum, and unite diverse teams.
• Implement the Anaplan Way methodology and deliver scalable, intuitive, user-friendly solutions.
• Report project status and portfolio health to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Scope and negotiate work, manage escalations, and recover projects that have drifted off track.

What you bring

• Demonstrable program or project management experience across complex, large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Deep, hands-on Agile project delivery experience is essential.
• Proven ability to recover and realign complex partner- or vendor-led projects under tight timelines and budgets.
• Exceptional customer engagement and communication, including negotiation, influence with senior leaders, and trusted-adviser skills.
• English is required.

Preferred expertise

• Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning domain expertise is advantageous but not essential.
• Arabic is preferred but not essential.
