Role Overview

Impact and Responsibilities

• Engage with consultants, architects, and project managers through onboarding and customer delivery activities.
• Evaluate executive-level business and functional requirements and translate strategies into scalable process designs and solution architecture.
• Champion AI tools and Salesforce Agentforce to automate workflows, optimize processes, and create next-generation customer experiences.
• Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and sample mockups to define complex business requirements.
• Own user stories and solution specifications for technical execution in Agile sprints.
• Advise on Salesforce Platform capabilities, functional architecture, environment management, and user acceptance testing.
• Build stakeholder trust and negotiate solutions to complex strategic and technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of enterprise software experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven experience delivering solutions in the media and/or telecommunications sector.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes through technology.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and understanding of AI-enabled business transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation and process modeling.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently within a distributed Agile/Scrum team.
• Availability for regional and occasional international travel based on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certifications and deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform declarative capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, EPC, or Communications Cloud.
• Knowledge of design thinking processes and tools or experience as a Certified Product Owner.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred for the Saudi Arabia and MENA market.
• Experience in a senior consulting role with matrixed teams at a top-tier consultancy or global system integrator.
