Role Overview

Impact and Responsibilities

• Engage with consultants, architects, and project managers to deliver customer success.
• Evaluate executive-level business and functional requirements and translate strategies into scalable process designs and solution architecture.
• Champion AI tools and Salesforce Agentforce to automate workflows and optimize business processes.
• Create prototypes, proofs of concept, and mockups to define complex business requirements.
• Own user stories and solution specifications for execution in Agile sprints.
• Guide Salesforce Platform capabilities, functional architecture, environment management, and user acceptance testing.
• Build stakeholder trust and negotiate solutions to complex strategic and technical problems.

Required Qualifications

• More than 8 years of enterprise software experience as a Solution Architect, Functional Architect, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst.
• Proven success delivering solutions in the media and/or telecommunications sector.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize enterprise business processes through technology.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools and understanding of AI applications for business transformation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including documentation of requirements, architectures, and process flows.
• Fluent English and ability to work independently and within a distributed Agile or Scrum team.
• Availability for regional and occasional international travel based on customer needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certifications and deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform declarative capabilities.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, EPC, or Communications Cloud.
• Knowledge of design thinking and experience as a Certified Product Owner.
• Senior consulting experience with matrixed teams at a top-tier consultancy or global system integrator.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred for the Saudi Arabia and MENA market.
